Global configuration for CSS inset utility classes (Tailwind's top-/bottom-/start-/end-), used to pin a relative/absolute-positioned element to an edge of its container. Kept separate from TwBlazorPositioning, which is only the CSS "position" mode itself (relative, absolute, etc.) - insets are a distinct CSS concern usually combined with it.
