Arrow

Gets or sets the classes shared by every tooltip arrow: a small rotated square that sits on the bubble's edge. Its fill and border come from TwPopoverTheme so it matches the bubble; the per-placement classes below position it and hide the two borders that would show inside the bubble.

Bubble

Gets or sets the layout, typography and visibility classes for a tooltip bubble: hidden until the Wrapper is hovered or the control is keyboard-focused. Where the bubble sits comes from Top, Bottom, Left or Right.

Remarks

Hide the bubble with display rather than visibility: an invisible bubble still takes up layout space, so one near the edge of the screen makes the page scroll sideways.

Dismissed

Gets or sets the classes added to a bubble the user has dismissed with Escape. They must win over the hover and focus variants in Bubble, so the bubble stays hidden until the user leaves the control.
